I can't remember exactly where this sculpture's located.  It's across the street (and outside of the mall) from the new section of the National Gallery of Art.  It's rather odd, if you ask me.  The fellow to whom the statue is dedicated (and who resides at the central point of all these other characters), is beyond my recollection as well!  Anyway...there you have it.

This is from the last roll of my backlogged film.  Whew!  That took way to long.  Now that I've returned to processing mindset, however, hopefully I'll be on my film in a more timely manner.
