While scrolling through yesterday's Facebook "memories" I found two albums that were titled "garden May 25th". The years were 2009 and 2012 (I think). Both albums were from my garden in El Cerrito. I look back on the photos fondly, if not a little poignantly.
Something I've been working with in this life transition (two years in and it still feels like I'm transitioning...ah well) is to find as much beauty and joy in the here and now, as I cataloged in the past. And not just to find, but record. Of course, I do this because it's part of my nature now as well...to photograph. All that being said, I spent a good 45 minutes out in my garden yesterday morning, absorbing the delight of the plants and making a lot of pictures!

Finally figured out how to sign in to comment. Your gardens look gorgeous; I had foxgloves and hollyhocks years ago; need to get seeds. Your herb gardens are amazing!🌸Sue🍀
