...those are what insomnia is good for!
Ah sleep, you are such an elusive creature. I fell asleep without much difficulty...at a reasonable but not early hour. I was awake at 3:45. Sometimes I can go back to sleep, but sometimes my body is either tense or agitated or..something...and then I just can't drift off again.
I knew it was going to be very humid today. It's hot, but feels hotter because of all the moisture in the air. So, getting out before sunrise for a good walk seemed like a useful thing to do. Once I got home from my perambulation, I took Avery for a little spin around the block. We're all set now to just hunker down on this steamy day. Honestly, I really think I'm going to need a nap!
