On the left coast

I’m staying with my son in San Francisco. It’s a beautiful morning…currently blue skies.

After traveling from Richmond, VA yesterday, hearing conservative Christian conversations in the airport and folks kinda bad mouthing California on the connecting flight from Charlotte to here, I feel very protective of my home state. On this day when the news from the SCOTUS is grim, I’m grateful for liberal bastions, flawed though they may be.
